AT&T Sucks

Well, I got the last post up on Monday morning from my daughter's house since my DSL line from AT&T was out for four days. Well, here it is Thursday at lunch time and my DSL has been out for over a week now and still no resolution to internet connectivity. Worse thing I ever did was switch to AT&T DSL from my cable provider.

And to add insult to injury, I can't talk to a real person to find out what's goin' on. There's an 800 number to call but they've been lying all week about when it would be back up and then tell you that if you ask for a real person to speak with that they will have no further info. Wonderful customer NON-service. Typical. Oh, and to wade through their recording takes over a minute and a half. What a waste of time.

Like I said: AT&T sucks worse than my cable company did. And the cable company sucked,too.
