AT&T DSL Still Really Sucks

Here we are on the 29th and I still have no internet access. Over a week now and these jerks won't tell us when we'll get it back or even let us talk to a real person. The kings of customer non-service! AT&T sucks. I'm goin' back to cable. Thanks for nothing, AT&T.
